3 local teams battle for top title in Sam's Club National BBQ Tour | Community Spirit

Bentonville, Ark.--Three local teams have prevailed in local and regional level competitions of the Sam's Club National BBQ Tour, and are now gearing up for the upcoming Championship in Bentonville, Ark. this Saturday, October 13. 

The Swamp Boys, from Winter Haven, Good Buddies BBQ, from Lakeland and Everglades Seasoning BBQ from Sebring will strongly represent the state of Florida as they compete against one another for the top title, and a $500,000 prize purse.

The national tour kicked off in Tampa in February and has included 25 local contests and 5 regional competitions, with a total of 677 teams competing.  The tour, sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbecue Society, is the only continuous barbecue competition in the world.
