Emergency road closure in Lakeland | News

Lakeland, Florida-- County Road 35A/Kathleen Road is closed to through-traffic between Deeson Road and Spivey Road due to a water main break.

The county says the road will reopen as soon as repairs are completed and roadway is safe for traffic.

As of 5 this evening, traffic was being detoured at Deeson Road and Spivey Road.

Motorists are advised to use caution, follow signs redirecting traffic, and add time to trips through area.
