TAMPA, Florida - The defense has rested its case in the trial of a woman accused of killing a central Florida lottery winner.
Court Papers: Abraham Shakespeare/Dee Dee Moore murder case documents
The third week of Dorice "Dee Dee" Moore's trial began Monday. Moore is accused of killing Abraham Shakespeare, who won millions in 2006. Prosecutors say she swindled Shakespeare out of his dwindling fortune, then shot him and buried his body in the backyard.

Defense attorneys for Moore, 40, presented their case with only a 4-page document. Moore did not testify on her own behalf, and her lawyers called no one to the witness stand.
Also on Monday, the judge removed from the courtroom a woman sitting in the audience for possibly threatening jury members. 10 News has learned the woman was Moore's former cellmate in jail, Rose Candora.
In opening statements, Moore's attorney told the jury that his client was trying to help protect Shakespeare's assets from a pending child support case when he was killed by drug dealers who haven't been caught.
During several days of testimony, prosecutors built a case from a confidential informant's statements and financial records.
Closing arguments are now expected, and the case is expected to go to the jury later in the day.
