Lakeland, Florida -- Police are looking into what caused a Lamborghini to crash into another car over the weekend, killing two people.
Lakeland Police say the driver of the Lamborghini, 24-year-old Tiffany Beene of Kissimmee and her passenger, 24-year-old Samuel Hampton of Winter Haven, died in the crash.
The Lamborghini reportedly crossed over the median and struck another car shortly before 3 p.m. Sunday. The driver of the other car was hospitalized with life threatening injuries, while the other car's passenger was treated and released from the hospital.
All three were wearing their seat belts. Investigators say that at this time, it does not appear the cars were racing at the time of the crash.
