New photo released of man missing since 1983 | News
Winter Haven, Florida - The Polk County Sheriff's Office needs your help in a Missing Person Cold Case investigation.
Police say Clifton Patrick Leonard, was reported missing by his mother on August 24, 1983. The Sheriff's Office has just released an age progression photo of Leonard of what he would look like if he was 44 years old today.
He is estimated to be approximately 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 170 pounds.
