Tampa, FL-- There are 38 Chick-fil-A restaurants in the Bay area, and each and every one of them are working alongside the Children's Cancer Center to provide "Fuel for Families" this November.

The “Fuel for Families” challenge will collect grocery and gas gift cards for families who struggle financially to get their children to critical medical visits, and to provide them with healthy meals while undergoing treatment, explains a release about the initiative.

Polk County, Florida -- The Wing Fling Tour is back on Sept. 29 with its one-of-a-kind tasting tour charity event benefiting the Humane Society of Polk County.

Participants of the Wing Fling Tour will fly around Polk County in luxury coach buses sampling some of the best chicken wings at nine restaurants around town. One of the stops on the tour this year will include the The Humane Society of Polk County giving people the chance to tour the facility, play games, and sample wings from BubbaChuck's BBQ.

The list of locations includes:

Tampa, Florida --Westchase favorite, Burger 21, has announced it will be opening two additional restaurants: One in Lakeland at 1601 Town Center Drive and another in New Tampa at 120304 Trout Creek Drive.

There is another location in Carrollwood.

In case you are curious, the burger of the month is the Baja Shrimp burger which features a "blackened shrimp burger topped with avocado, chili pepper slaw, mango salsa, cilantro sour cream and crispy corn tortillas on a toasted brioche bun", according to the website.
